What this agreement covers

These are the full terms of service. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you order a postcard.

• Placing an order, paying for it, and when it can no longer be changed.
• What you may put on a card, and the content we will not print.
• Delivery within the United States, and the timings we can commit to.
• Credits, packs and refunds, including our replacement policy.
• The limits of our liability if something goes wrong in the post.
