One credit is one postcard, printed and mailed. Packs are the same product at a lower price per card — every plan includes the same postcard, the same stock and the same delivery. The only difference is what each card costs you.
Card payments run through Stripe, and Apple Pay and Google Pay both work at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Delivery is included, but it is domestic only — we mail within the United States, and there is no international option to pay extra for yet. A card takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, and that window is postal reality rather than a service tier: there is nothing faster to buy.
If a card is lost or damaged in the post, replacing it costs you nothing. Ask us and we will either print and mail it again free of charge or refund what you paid, whichever you would rather have.
