How deletion works
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it. This page explains how to ask and what happens next.
- Send the request from the email address on the account.
- We remove your account, your uploaded photos and your saved addresses.
- Postcards already printed or in the post cannot be recalled.
- Order and tax records are kept where the law requires it, and nothing more.
- Unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.
